Weekly Content Planning
- This content calendar gets extremely focused, week-by-week one month at a time so you can more easily see what's working for your brand.---------
- Use the Content Guide page to decide what pieces of content to create each week - and don't shy away from "top funnel" and "awareness" all together.
***Instead find ways to blend the two types of content.
- Fill each weekly table with the type of content you'll distribute each day Monday-Friday.
- Under each piece of content you'll note what part of the funnel is the primary focus, how much revenue you hope to make from it, and the actual amount that content made.
- At EOM make sure you put your total goal revenue, total actual revenue, and best content types in the monthly tracker!
Goal VS Revenue
- In the Content Calendar you'll note your "Goal" revenue - which is the ideal amount you hope to make from that piece of content; don't be unrealistic, but give yourself something to shoot for! - You'll record the actually end-of-week revenue for each piece of content and ideally update the actual revenue on each piece throughout the month to get an accurate total. - doing this weekly ensures you keep up with it without over whelming yourself or obsess by updating revenue stats daily (especially if there's nothing to update some days.Quarterly Tracking Sheet
- 1.Use the information from the End of Month (bottom line) on your content calendar to fill out each month in both tables.- the first table tracks your revenue goal, your actual revenue, and (yes, you'll need a calculator I'm sorry!) the percent of your goal you've reached.
- Use the second table to track different pieces or types of content, your goal revenue and actual revenue from each, and determine what content works best for your brand.
